Everyone needs a coach, including Larry. He has a wide range of musical experiences that demand that he adapts all that he learned in his formative years of study to the needs in the present. When he finds a locked door within his technique or ability to interpret styles, Larry seek out experts to help him find the key. What was discovered is that the individual can be the best teacher to themselves, once they find the right tools. Larry is ready to share these experiences and methods with you.

Larry will use all Fundamentals of Trumpet to help you identity your strengths and weaknesses. Using those as targets, you both will craft a practice plan that is efficient, improves your weaknesses, bolsters your strengths, and builds confidence in your playing. Larry offers online lessons over Skype, in-person at his Bethany College studio (Lindsborg, KS) and in-person within 30 miles of zip code 67410 (Abilene, Kansas). PDFs of any assigned material can be provided, if you don’t have the music. Larry will also share a lesson tracker that will archive your progress and help you prepare for your next lesson.
